Last updated: July 12, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PostPilot LB (“PostPilot LB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, application, API, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. Beta Service
PostPilot LB is currently in a beta testing stage and will be launched officially soon. The Service is provided on an early-access basis and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or features labeled “Beta” or “Coming soon.” Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation during this period.
3. The Service
PostPilot LB is a social media management platform that lets you create, generate with AI, schedule, and publish content across connected social media accounts, and manage related features such as link-in-bio pages. You are responsible for reviewing all content before it is published.
4. Connected Social Accounts
To publish content, you may connect third-party social media accounts through their official authorization flows. By connecting an account, you authorize PostPilot LB to access and act on that account on your behalf to the extent of the permissions you grant.
Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of PostPilot LB, and the content you publish, complies with those terms. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including account restrictions, rate limits, or suspensions.
5. Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or publish through the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you, including transmitting it to the platforms you choose to publish to.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses third-party AI providers (including Anthropic and OpenAI) to generate text, ideas, and images at your request. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unintentionally similar to existing material. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before publishing it, and for ensuring it is appropriate and lawful. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or regulation, or the terms of any connected platform.
- Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or infringing.
- Distribute spam, malware, or engage in deceptive or fraudulent activity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. API & Integrations
If we provide API access, API keys, or an MCP server, you agree to use them only as documented and to keep your keys confidential. We may set and enforce rate limits, and we may modify or discontinue API functionality at any time. You are responsible for all activity performed with your API keys.
9. Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by PostPilot LB and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our permission.
10. Fees
Some features may be offered free during beta. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If you subscribe to a paid plan, applicable fees, billing terms, and refund policies will be presented to you at that time and will form part of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete Your Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content will be published successfully to any third-party platform.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostPilot LB and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or USD 50.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostPilot LB and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
16. Changes to These Terms
